Here's how it works for 
Wieners Dog Olympics:

Each day, there will be preliminary heats.

 

The winner of each heat will compete in the final race held daily.

 

A hotdog costume will be provided for each Dachshund to be outfitted in the Weiner Dog Olympics. You may also purchase the outfit after the race for future events.​

 

The race track is 60 ft long with each dog having a person at each end; One to hold them until the race begins, and one for them to run towards.

 

The first dog to cross the finish line is the winner!

 

If the winner says they will not be able to be here for the daily finals, the runner-up in the race wins that position.
